Families can volunteer, but every person registers

Groups need at least two weeks of planning time
A group whose preferred date is more than two weeks away should first identify a calendar shift with enough openings and then submit the Austin group request form. The Food Bank says its Volunteer Engagement team responds within five business days. The group is not confirmed until the organizer receives a unique registration link.
Group members must claim their places through that link no later than five business days before the shift; unclaimed spots are released for public registration. Prepare for the safety rules before arrival
